What to expect? In this hands-on class, I will show you how easy cooking a traditional Vietnamese meal can be. You will learn how to cook pho and summer rolls in various delicious versions. There will be meaty, vegetarian and vegan version for each meal. You will leave class with all of the recipes and all of the confidence to cook Vietnamese in your own kitchen!
